Kenyans on Twitter praise, tease CS for early results

By JOSEPH WANGUI December 30th, 2016 1 min read

Kenyans took to social media to mock and praise Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i as he released this year’s KCSE exam results in Mombasa.

Majority, taking to Twitter under “#KCSE2016,” hashtag cracked jokes on the early release of the results and without a notice, saying the CS was ambushing Kenyans, just a month after he released KCPE results in a similar way.

“Give Matiang’i the health sector, he will reduce the gestation period to four months, women don’t have to carry (a) pregnancy for long,” tweeted one @solo_munga.

“When I grow up I want to be Matiang’i…naamka nachemsha maji napika ugali when everybody else is expecting tea ndio mshibe”, @sirjaccojwang tweeted.

“Matiang’i will give kids a heart attack one of these days…kidogo kidogo msikie itaanza April,” said @jimmyef7

Matiang’i is those parents who say they will be gone the whole weekend then shows up same night when you have a house party, chirped @mtoto_mwafrika.

Next year results za KCSE zinakuja kama message ya  Sportpesa…….Congratulations, you scored D in KCSE results ID 1205 tweeted @DennisUleMenace as @Jamlick_ said: “Matiang’i is the greatest of all time”

“Now the #KCSE2016 candidates will go underground they have been caught unawares,” said, @giveawayblump.
