Brutal Kayole gang shoots man and wife, leave them for dead
Two families in Kibuku Estate, Kayole area, have been left in shock after a gang of six men broke into their houses and left a couple in critical condition.
In the first incident, the gang forced their way into the homestead of one Francis Mwema on Wednesday evening and demanded valuables.
They robbed them of cash, mobile phones and a wrist watch before ransacking the house for more than 30 minutes.
They locked the family inside the master bedroom bathroom.
On leaving, the gang waylaid one Caser Kagwe as he entered his compound in the same estate.

They forced their way in the compound and forced him to open his house where they demanded for valuables from the couple.
During the robbery, they shot the man on his abdomen, chest and shoulder.
They also shot his wife was shot on her left cheek.
During the incident, unknown amount of money and mobile phones were stolen.
According to police, the robbers disappeared before officers on patrol arrived at the scene.
The two victims were rushed to Mater Hospital where they are admitted. Police discovered two spent cartridges of 9mm at the scene.
