Citizen TV’s Kanze Dena back on the screen

Citizen TV presenter Kanze Dena is back on air after several weeks’ absence due to illness.

Dena made her return to the screen on Friday during Citizen TV ‘s 7pm Kiswahili news bulletin Nipashe.

The mother of one had been admitted at Mater Hospital for a few days and discharged last week. Dena’s ailment however still remains undisclosed.

“Nashukuru Mungu kwa kuniponya. Na nyinyi wote mlioniombea pia nawashuru. Asanteni sana,” Dena said on air during Friday’s news bulletin.  (I thank God for healing me. Am also grateful to all those who prayed for me. Thank you very much).

GOOD HEALTH

Her long-time co-presenter Lulu Hassan said:

“Tunakupenda sana na nyoyo zetu zina furaha na shukrani kukuona na uzima wa afya tena.” (We love and we happy and grateful to see you in good health again).

Her fans also expressed their joy on social media for having her back on air again.

“Happy to c u back Kanze, personally i always feel v.gud seeing u.u 2 luk lovely,” Judy Washira posted on Facebook.

“Kanze we missed you. You are looking so lovely and beautiful.you are doing a great job,” Justin Mose said.

Ruth Waithera posted: “Karibu back bi Kanze tumeku miss sana” while Christine Kimathi said “Karibu Kanze, I missed you alot, mko chonjo mami.”
