James Orengo’s son admitted in hospital
Siaya Senator James Orengo’s son, Bob, was on Monday morning admitted at Aga Khan Hopital in Nairobi.
Details were scanty on the nature of his illness, but former ODM official Gitobu Imanyara said Bob has been admitted at the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
The admission of Orengo’s son comes 24 hours after the tragic death of 41-year-old Fidel Odinga, the eldest son of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
The senator arrived at the hospital shortly after his son was admitted.
Nairobi News reporters at the Lee Funeral Home where Fidel’s postmortem was set to be conducted say the senator left the mortuary, ostensibly for Aga Khan Hospital.
Philip Etale, ODM’s communication director tweeted: “Just spoken with Sen. Orengo & he has confirmed that his son was rushed to AgaKhan hospital after developing complications but stabilising.”
