Jaguar to invite applications for Sh38m bursary fund


Starehe MP Charles Njagua alias Jaguar will on Friday issue bursary application forms in six wards offices.

Jaguar announced that the application forms shall be issued on first come first served basis.

Speaking to Nairobi News, Jaguar revealed that Sh38 million will be distributed to needy students across the constituency in the bursary programme.

“Education is a major pillar in Starehe constituency so we have allocated maximum funds that can go to bursary, that is the Sh38 million,” he said.

Constituents will on Friday be issued with the forms at the various ward offices.

These are Muthurwa Social Hall/Moi Avenue Primary (Central Ward), Chief’s office Landimawe Ward, Hazina chief’s office (Nairobi South), chief’s office Pangani Ward, chief’s office in Ngara and Kaiakor Social Hall.

Issuance of the forms will start at 9am.

Applicants will be required to present a National ID, voter’s card, fee structure and admission letter and result slip for form ones.
