Is this Kenya’s most humourous obituary?

A Kenyan family has penned perhaps the country’s most hilarious obituary proving that it’s not all gloomy even in death.

The obituary says the man, Charles Farrar weighed out (born) on July 5, 1952 and weighed in (died) on January 2, this year.

It further says he died “after a long illness borne with typical fortitude and humour.

That is not all.

The obituary, which appears in the Daily Nation on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, adds: “Charles and his beloved Pat will now be creating their usual mischief and mayhem at the ultimate Nineteenth Hole.”
