Here is the price tag for Bugatti’s world’s fastest car

If you are a fun of fast cars, then this one will excite you. French car maker Bugatti said it will unveil what it hopes will be the world’s fastest car at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show in March.

The Chiron has been named in honor of legendary race car driver Louis Chiron.

According to Car magazine, Louis Chiron was found to be a worthy patron for their new model in the history of Bugatti’s brand.

“The name of the best racing driver and the most successful Bugatti driver of his time for the best super sports car of the present day – that is the ideal combination,”  said Bugatti president Wolfgang Dürheimer.

“It will be the world’s most powerful, fastest, most luxurious and most exclusive production super sports car,” a Bugatti official said without providing technical details.

The Chiron is expected to make more power than the 1,500-horsepower Koenigsegg Regera.

The world’s fastest street-legal production car is the Bugatti Veyron, which does 0-60mph in 2.5 seconds.

But rumor has it the Chiron will be 20mph quicker than the Veyron as it will be capable of accelerating from 0-60mph in just 2.3 seconds, with a top speed of 288mph.

The Bugatti Chiron is expected to cost about Sh 250 million ($2.5) million and the model has already received over 100 orders.

Chiron is in final testing in locations around the world.
