The governor’s handlers have told Nairobi News that the rapper was in Dubai last week.

The flamboyant governor has lately been associated with the rising visits of international stars to Mombasa, including playing a major role in last month’s Chris Brown concert rumored to have cost Sh90 million.
Reports indicate the next star lined to perform in the coastal town could be Nicki Minaj.
