Governor Joho gets cosy in the kitchen prepping Swahili delicacy – VIDEO
Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has in his latest videos showcased his cooking skills while preparing a Swahili delicacy.
Dubbed Chef 001, the flamboyant governor is captured in the short clip introducing his meal of the day composed of plantains, mutton biryani, chapati and fried mutton.
Joho pounds the biryani spices with ease using a pestle and mortar and adds them to his biryani dish.
He goes on to explain the processes, saying the addition of coconut is part of the Mombasa style of preparing the dish.
Moments after getting into the kitchen, Joho strips down to his t-shirt after getting rid of his jumper as he flips chapatis.
