Bhang carrying police officer arrested for assaulting clinical officer
Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) on Tuesday evening arrested a police constable attached to Kasarani Police Station for assaulting a clinical officer.
Constable Ndunda Kiilu was arrested after employees of Mukunga Medical called police for help after he started causing disturbance at the clinic.
The officer, who is reported to have caused disturbance and malicious damage to property, was also found in possession of bhang.
The suspect will be arraigned in court on Wednesday to face charges under narcotics drug, assault and creating disturbance.
