Former TV presenter Grace Msalame flaunts her stretchmarks
Curvaceous former television presenter Grace Msalame has for the first time shared her struggle with depression and subsequent weight gain.
Ms Msalame, who has twin girls, gave a rare glimpse into her flaws to followers on Instagram encouraging every mother to accept her body.
The former presenter shared a photo of her belly with stretchmarks that came as a result of her pregnancy.
The mother of two captioned the photo:
“So after a year of battling loss, falling into depression & carrying it all in my weight… I made the conscious decision to end the cycle & treat my body like the temple that it is! I’ve always loved how I felt after a good sweat! So how glad I am to be back on my better me journey! Health is wealth- Eat Clean & get moving!”
Ms Msalame was once tipped as the curviest television presenter earning her a lot of fans during her career at KISS TV.
The presenter gave birth to her twin girls five years ago.
In her Instagram post to encourage mothers she wrote, “Also shout-out to Moms who wear their Tiger Stripes Proudly✌?️even years later?”
