Former Kenya international Martin Imbalambala has gone partially blind, Nairobi News understands.
Nairobi News has secured photos of the player undergoing tests at the Kikuyu Hospital.
Results on the exact cause of the problem are expected on Monday.
Imbalambala’s brother Vincent Chagala has told journalists that the former AFC Leopards player has also been experiencing a sharp headache in the past few months.
“We did not take it seriously at first but then it seems a serious thing. He cannot see at all. We are trying to secure funds to help him get diagnosed so that treatment may begin.”
