TRESPASS

National Land Commission Chairman Muhammad Swazuri declared Lang’ata Road Primary School as the legal owner of the land, stating that the institution, like many public schools, does not have a title deed making them prey to land grabbers.

Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu named Airport View Housing Limited as the company linked to the land tussle and gave details of the company’s directors and the shares they hold.

She said Mandip Singh Amrit, Manjit Singh Amrit, Herbans Singh Amrit and Kamal Prakash Amrit are the directors of the company that was registered on August 10, 1989.

The physical location captured during registration of the company was Jasmine Center, on Waiyaki Way.
