Cake mixing ceremony ushers in festive season – PHOTOS


As the Christmas moods slowly sets in and with schools closed everyone is looking forward to getting into the festive season to not only spend the holidays but also eat and eat a lot more.

Sarova Stanley on Friday evening launched its Annual Christmas Cake Mixing ceremony in readiness for the festive season.

Led by Executive Chef Godfrey Ouda guests were able to freely mix the ingredients laid out on the table, with their hands as they sang Christmas carols together.

HOLIDAY SEASON

The cake which will be allowed to ferment slowly will be baked in time and guest can enjoy the cake throughout the holiday season.

Colombian Saxophonist, Dumbra Lippez, kept the crowd entertained with various Christmas carols through the night.

The guests sang along as they mixed the ingredients with cheery smiles and laughter.
