Isinya developer unveils Sh22.7bn housing project


Developer Cretum Properties Tuesday launched a Sh22.7 billion project dubbed Green Isinya City in Kajiado County.

It is a project where Cretum is the developer, but is also collaborating with other corporate players including Choice Microfinance Bank, Utabibu Investment Cooperative Society, Tarda Housing Cooperative Society Limited, Savannah Cement Sacco and Crescent Takaful Sacco, among others.

The project will sit on 1,000 acres of land with infrastructure development starting in the next two weeks.

The ground-breaking for the construction is slated to begin in February next year.

The Green Isinya City will consist of office blocks, maisonette houses, schools, high-end eateries and police stations.
