Eric Omondi mimics Bahati with First Lady lookalike – VIDEO

Comedian Eric Omondi has released a video mimicking singer Bahati’s performance during the Jubilee Party launch.

Omondi, who specialises in parody’s of famous artistes like Diamond Platinumz and Ali Kiba, took time to shoot a reenactment of Bahti’s performance that divided internet users.

The performance that featured Bahati unseating President Uhuru Kenyatta to sing for the First Lady Margaret Kenyatta had users debating whether it was right or not.

In Omondi’s reenactment, the comedian featured a look alike of Mrs Kenyatta.

Omondi’s ‘First Lady’ seats with composure during the comedian’s hilarious act and joins him on stage as he mimics Bahati’s performance.

The comedian sits on the podium just like Bahati did and forces the First Lady’s lookalike to join him and sit as well.

Singer Bahati shared the hilarious video captioned: “Eric Omondi mbona uchokozi?? #ShortestServingPresident.”

The reenactment was shot at the Uhuru Park podium and has extra cast members who act as government officials who were next to the First Family during the Jubilee event.

Bahati admitted to have forgotten protocol during his performance at Kasarani Stadium on Saturday that shocked many Kenyans, some of whom expressed their opinion about his actions through social media.

There were those who bashed the Mama hitmaker for leaving the Head of State standing while he (Bahati) occupied his seat so as to serenade the First Lady.
