DP Ruto ditches pilot who assaulted policewoman

Deputy President William Ruto has ditched the pilot who assaulted a policewoman leading to online fury and subsequent arrest.

During the DP’s Friday trip to Nyeri, his chartered plane bearing the same registration number (5Y-DSN) had a different pilot in the cockpit.

A relatively younger pilot was pictured near the plane after it landed.

Mr Ruto was in Nyeri where he visited the family of Head of the Public Service Joseph Kinyua who lost his mother.

The former pilot Alistair Patrick Llewelyn though back in the skies after he was pictured with Ruto’s close ally Donald B Kipkorir was a no show on Friday.
