Diamond, AY to face off in Kampala
Bongo Flava bigwigs Diamond Platinumz and AY are expected to clash in two major parties organized by their Ugandan counterparts, Jose Chameleone and socialite Zari Hussein.
Chameleone, who has organized the ‘One Man, One Million’ cocert at Serena Hotel in Kampala, has invited Bongo Flava rapper and entrepreneur AY as his main guest artiste.
On the other hand, South Africa-based Ugandan socialite Zari has invited Diamond as her star attraction at the ‘Zari All White Party’, to be held at the Guvnor Club tonight.
Diamond arrived in Kampala Wednesday afternoon while AY arrived in the evening ahead of the two shows tonight.
As Chameleone and Zari clash with their parties in Kampala, AY and Diamond are reported not to be in good terms back at home in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
According to people close to the two stars, there has been a cold war between them. However, both Diamond and AY have yet to publicly address the rumuors.
