Crack down on noisy Umoinner buses
It is fashionable to listen to some music in a matatu, but the volumes in the Umoinner buses that ply Jogoo Road is a nuisance.
It is so loud that even the use of one’s mobile phone is limited to texting. Woe unto you if you try taking up the matter with the ruffians who run them.
You are accused of being too old. “If the music is too loud then you’re probably too old to be here,” one passenger was curtly told yesterday.
