Counterfeit perfumes worth Sh1.5m busted at Madora shop in Karen

Detectives from the Anti-Counterfeit Agency (ACA) on Friday found counterfeit perfumes at a high end fragrance shop at The Hub shopping mall.

The raid at Madora shop netted counterfeit perfumes and beauty products estimated to be worth Sh1.5 million.

Two suspects were arrested during the raid.

Some of the designer perfumes netted included French brands Dior, Chanel, Black Up, and Givenchy, as well as American Tom Ford.

On Tuesday detectives conducted a raid in shops along Luthuli Avenue in downtown Nairobi and confiscated fake mobile phones and accessories valued at over Sh8 Million.
