A flier of the event, which has been circulating on social media, calls on attendants to ‘dress to impress’.

Dubbed Rainbow Speed Dating, it will be an event where singles meet in a series of 5-8 minute dates without the fear of rejection.

The instructions are: You register at the door, leave your name, number or email and then take a seat.
Once the bell rings you have to go round and talk to your date briefly and then move to the next one while noting down who you like in secret.

Once all is done the organisers of the event will try and match you up with the person who might have liked.

At the end, if your number matches with your “crush” the organisers will let you know that you had a match.

Under Kenyan law, sexual activity “against the order of nature” is punishable by up to 14 years in prison, but arrests are rare.

Recently a sex and alcohol party, dubbed Project X, was canceled after a public outcry.

Another party organised by the Atheist Society of Kenya at the city centre was also cancelled after public outcry.
