Yet another musician narrates how Bahati’s wife drove him from EMB Records

The mass exodus from gospel singer Kevin Bahati’s EMB record label continues to leave more questions than answers with singer Weezdom now revealing unpleasant details of his departure.

Weezdom, the first artiste to be signed by Bahati about two years ago, left the label as fast as he had arrived, explaining how his plans with Bahati were trashed as soon as the latter married Diana Marua.

“Tulikuwa na mipango mingi sana ya kikazi na Bahati lakini nadhani vile Diana alikuja into the picture alikuwa insecure na mimi so mipango yote ikaisha. Alifanya kakangu (Bahati), akabadilika kunihusu kikazi, kuishi, kiurafiki na nikawa na mazingira magumu” revealed Weezdom.

Prior to Bahati marrying Diana, Weezdom said he had lived with the ‘Mama’ singer in the same house for three years after being rescued from the streets and starting his musical career.

He left the house for the sake of peace and respect he had for Bahati.

Weezdom’s revelations comes days after Mr. Seed also quit EMB in protest after his pregnant fiancé Nimo Gachuri was kicked from Bahati concert.

Another singer David Wonder has confirmed ditching EMB to work as a solo artiste.

“Kuna vitu mingi siwezi kuongelea lakini kuna vile tulipewa freedom Mkurugenzi akatuambia mimi nimewalea mwenye atataka kutoka atoke mwenye anataka kukaa akae so mimi nikaona nichukue hii opportunity kumake the brand David Wonder,” Davdi Wonder confirmed.

The singer has since deleted all pictures associated with EMB records from his Instagram and also changed his name from David Wonder EMB to David Wonder KE.
