Former Citizen TV anchor Janet Mbugua has revealed that she will soon be back on television screens.

In a YouTube question and answer session, the mother of two revealed that she has yet to settle into motherhood with a toddler and a newborn but would be back on TV.

She however did not reveal when she will make comeback and on which television station.

“I am, (making a comeback) maybe not in the way that people were used to seeing me and that’s all I’m gonna say about that,” she said.

Janet has been co-hosting a show, ‘Mums Village‘, since August 2017 that is uploaded on Facebook and YouTube .

She resigned from Citizen TV on April 10, 2018 and later in her blog explained that she needed to take time off to be with her young son and newly wedded husband.

Janet said she was not totally exiting the media industry but was taking a sabbatical and would resume.

Seems like time is ripe for the journalist to make a TV comeback.
