Churchill Show promises big surprise for fans in Nakuru
Fans of the Churchill Show will be treated to a special live recording to be held at the Rift Valley Sports Club in Nakuru town on Friday.
More than 16 comedians alongside other artistes are lined up for the show dubbed Mothers Edition.
“The show coincides with the International Mothers’ Day and apart from the comedy, we shall be celebrating our mothers,” said the show’s host Daniel Ndambuki aka Churchill.
According to Churchill, Nakuru is home to a number of comedians in the show and thus a hub for talent.
“Nakuru is very special to us and we have big things lined up for our fans as we also celebrate the Mothers’ Day. We also have a big surprise for our fans,” added Churchill.
The show, which is being recorded in Nakuru for the third time, has since attracted thousands of fans.
“Ours is not about the big numbers but having a good time with the fans who attend our shows,” he said.
The show has bagged a number of awards on nurturing and promotion of talents including the YouTube Africa Awards 2016.
“We shall also be launching a project for Nakuru’s youth and talent,” he said.
