Amani makes a comeback with new hit ‘Kizungu Zungu’
Singer Cecilia Wairimu, popularly known as Amani, is back after a two year hiatus from the music scene.
The songstress released her new single Kizungu Zungu on Tuesday via her new Vevo channel. Its a Grandpa Records production.
Her last hit, Kiboko Changu, was a collabo with Uganda’s Radio and Weasel released in 2013.
In her latest hit, the 35-year old singer pours out her heart to her new-found love, using simple lyrics but with a deep message.
In the video, she dazzles in fitting maxi dresses that are embellished with a lot of color variation from turquoise blue to red.
Amani who recently confessed on Kiss 100’s Celeb Quick-fire that she is dating a young Nigerian seems to be really in love.
During the Quick-Fire interview, Amani had also revealed that she lost her virginity at the age of 21.
She has in the past collaborated with Tanzania’s AY in the song Usiwe Mbali and later AY confirmed that the two were dating.
