Jamaican singer Alaine, who has been in the country since last week, has recorded a new song with Kenyan dancehall star Wyre.

The song was recorded on Wednesday at Herbal Records, which is owned by Maich Blaq.

Interestingly, the collabo features popular Churchill Show host Dan ‘Churchill’ Ndambuki.

KILL SURPRISE

None of the artistes were ready to disclose how the comedian comes into the song, since they did not “want to kill the surprise, until the song is finally out”.

Many Kenyans will remember how Alaine stole the show a few months ago during the live recording of Churchill Show at Carnivore with a flawless “Wafula” rendition of one of her songs.

This is the second time the lovechild is collaborating with Alaine, after their first hit ‘Nakupenda Pia‘, which was released earlier this year. Its video was shot in Kingston, Jamaica.

JAMHURI DAY

Alaine is in Kenya after a successful show in Juba, South Sudan two weeks ago.

She is expected to perform in Nakuru on Jamhuri Day.
