Check out Beyonce’s Sh 30 million pair of shoes

To many Kenyans, Sh 30 million is enough windfall for them to acquire prime property, build a palatial home, buy a decent car and comfortably go into stress free retirement.

But not so to American pop star Beyonce who is reported to have splashed out that sum of money ($300,000) in purchasing a pair of shoes that will be used in an upcoming music video.

According to Footwear News, Beyonce made her big purchase at England’s House of Borgezie, where she picked up a “special-edition” pair of stilettos encrusted with more than 1,300 diamonds set into solid 18K gold.

“All I can say at the moment is there is a more than very good chance that they are going to be in the next Beyoncé video,” House of Borgezie designer Christopher Shellis told reporters, adding that the shoes took more than two months to make.

In addition to the shoes, Beyonce’s upcoming music video will feature her in a Sh 8.5 million ($85,000) gold Basque Belt also from House of Borgezie.
