As the firm trended on social media, Mr Mworia was quoted as saying: “It is not the amount of papers or long-term experience one has. It’s what you do with what you have!”

Chris Kirubi@CKirubi — If we can take care of the employees at @Centum_Inv, what about the investors/shareholders? We are all a family so watch this space #Centum.

The Kenyanwallstreet tweeted: @kenyanwalstreet So Centum top 10 executives will on average take home a pay cheque of Sh34 million each. But they’ve created value for the shareholders.

Another tweet: Maggie Nduati @maggynduati — Can’t imagine I just went through LinkedIn, stalking Centum employees. Now I am more depressed, considering most of them are young people.

On the Daily Nation Facebook page, it was all awe as Facebook users praised the Centum CEO and expressed interest in working at the firm.
