Boda bodas must not take over our streets
I visited Kampala some time in 2009 and mush as I was beginning to like the city on the hills, I found it chaotic, to say the least. I was totally put off by the many motorbikes ruling the city streets with abandon.
Never mind the rider to not understand the first traffic rule of even have an idea of courtesy on the roads. Now I am in great fear because our very own city is full of boda bodas in the CBD and these are no respecters of any kind of rules — traffic or otherwise.
