Banks guilty of treating Nairobians badly
In my experience banks are notorious for treating Nairobians badly, especially when they want to access their money. This is however not so when they want to bank some of it or want to borrow.
They get personalised attention, and a seat to make the transaction pleasant. This smacks of hypocrisy and it is something they’d do well to correct if they want to stay in business. I’ve had to close two accounts because of this preferential treatment.
