Bahati’s terminally ill young fan passes on

After having her final wish honoured by a superstar, a young fan of gospel artiste, Bahati, died last week moving the singer to tears.
Bahati, who visited the girl who had been battling cancer the whole of last year in her hospital ward at Kenyatta National Hospital in July, mourned the young fan.
He termed the girl as ambitious and optimistic about life as she had told him during his July visit that once she recovers she would sing alongside him.
“But even standing with her crutches, I remember her telling me in a confident voice ‘my dream is to do a collabo with you or dance in one of your videos.’ Just some days after discharge from Kenyatta she called me and promised to visit her today at 4pm just to receive a call in the morning that she’d passed this morning at 4am,” wrote the Barua hit maker.
