Top judge dodges alcoblow justice
A High Court judge was allowed to go scot-free after being stopped by police for alleged drunk driving.
Two senior police officers were also stopped but allowed to go.
All three were pulled up as part of the county wide crackdown that this week saw 92 people in the dock — including a magistrate.
The High Court judge was arrested at a police checkpoint on Ngong Road as he drove towards Karen shortly before midnight last week.
