Akothee serves hard tackles to critics of her raunchy concert in London
Singer Akothee has come out guns blazing on her critics who were irked by her choice of costume and raunchy dance moves during her performance at London’s Wembley stadium.
Akothee made headlines over the weekend after pictures and videos of her performance at the One Africa Music Festival found their way to the internet.
She delighted fans at the concert with her raunchy dances that included lifting one of her legs up high while wearing a body suit.
However, Kenyans online deemed her costume and performance offensive. They asked her to refrain from such stunts while wearing skimpy costumes.
Netizens juxtaposed Akothee’s picture with that of American singer Beyonce to contrast the gulf in class.
However, Madam Boss, as Akothee refers to herself, did not take the criticism lying low. She served her critics with hard tackles in a hilarious exchange of words on Instagram.
