Mrs Priscah Mwaro Ababu gave her followers a glimpse of her workout in a ‘bush gym’ that dispensed of all the modern facilities for keeping fit.
In the four pictures shared on Sunday, Mrs Ababu is captured doing bench presses and dumb-bell squats using homemade concrete weights.
A cheeky Mrs Ababu went ahead to caption the pictures with the hashtag #BushGym together with a peace message.
