After Evangelist Ruto, here are lover-boy Uhuru photos
A day after photos of Deputy President William “the Evangelist” Ruto during his youthful years were circulated on social media, similar photos of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his wife Margaret Kenyatta during the early years of their marriage have emerged.
One of the Uhuru photos, which is in black and white, shows the newly wed bride and groom walking hand-in-hand presumably after exchanging their vows.
The fresh-faced couple, however, are unsmiling and appear rather somber for an occasion that was undoubtedly one of the biggest days of their early life.
Another interesting photo is of a visibly happy Mr Kenyatta locked in a warm embrace with his equally delighted wife.
Yet another undated photo shows Mr Kenyatta, in an ill-fitting double-breasted blazer, on the campaign trail for the Gatundu South parliamentary seat with a beaming Margaret by his side.
Naturally, these photos have a stirred up passionate online discussions with a majority in awe of both the president and his deputy’s early life.
