Girls national schools sevens championships set for September

16 teams are lined up to play in the national girls’ schools sevens tournament which will be held on the sidelines of the Safari 7s on 23rd and 24th September at Kasarani.

The teams will be split into four pools of four, the top two teams from each pool securing passage to the cup quarterfinals.

Barchando have been seeded first and headline Pool A which also features Muthambi, Nasokol and Itigo.

Nairobi’s Olympic Secondary School are in Pool B with Chief Mbogori, Mgahulu and Rehema while Pool C comprises Maono Educational Center, Loise Girls, Asumbi Girls and Joserenes Girls High School.

Nakuru Day headline Pool D which also includes Daraja Academy, Rianyachabera and Bofu Secondary School.

Pool A: Barchando, Muthambi, Nasokol, Itigo

Pool B: Olympic,Chief Mbogori, Mgahulu, Rehema

Pool C: Maono, Loise, Asumbi, Joserenes

Pool D: Nakuru Day, Daraja, Rianyachabera, Bofu
