LIVE: Only six judges in Supreme Court for ruling
Only six judges will deliver the much-anticipated Supreme Court judgment on the presidential petition filed by the National Super Alliance (Nasa).
Justice Mohammed Ibrahim was taken ill early this week. Lawyers, however, say his decision will be factored in.
The judges available are Chief Justice David Maraga, his deputy Lady Justice Philomena Mwilu, Justice Jackton Ojwang, Justice Smokin Wanjala, Lady Justice Njoki Ndung’u, Justice Isaac Lenaola.
The judges have already taken their seats and the lawyers for the parties have already introduced themselves.
Meanwhile Kenyans have had their say on the pending ruling.
