Safaricom network breakdown affects millions
Safaricom Limited on Monday morning suffered a countrywide outage that left millions of its subscribers unable to transact and make calls.
The telecommunication company said the outage was as a result of a technical fault that its teams were working hard to resolve.
Subscribers started noticing at around 9:30 am when the company responded to the first twitter enquiry.

Almost an hour later at the time of publishing, the provider who has over 26 million customers was yet to restore services.
