Rules have changed as organizations have evolved from the dull grey and black suits that our parents used to wear to work.

It is a no brainer that change in fashion trends is mirrored in different organizations as both employees and employers embrace modern styles and personal diversity.

Colored pants to the office give a unique twist and vibrancy. They are tailored in different sleek designs to suit different body types.

From chino pants, khakis, to high waist pants. Grab a perfect fit, pair it with any top or blouse, cement the look with a pair of heels and go hit those targets.

They boast a wide range of fun and different shapes, symbols, details and textures. This makes them ooze just the required attention.

You can pair them with solid colored pants or skirts. If you are bold enough and an expert in mixing prints, go ahead and pair them with printed skirts and pants.

Take a plunge and gravitate towards pencil skirts to the office. These edgy pieces fit like a glove tastefully boasting a feminine silhouette.

Do not be shy to try different colors and designs. The goal is to serve modesty, class and utmost sophistication.

The use of accessories in moderation is another way we can add some much-required oomph to the office look.

Think of scarfs, lapel pins / flowers and belts. There is no limitation to creativity when it comes to accessories.
