The Balcony Kempinski launches new cocktail menu – PHOTOS

If you like cocktails, then you’re in for a treat at the Balcony bar located on the first floor of Villa Rosa Kempinski which launched a brand new cocktail menu.

On offer are 13 new drinks for customers to get stuck into.

The new cocktail range is designed to engage the senses and involve different textures, scents and interactive elements.

The team of mixologists, led by Patrick Mutua, have experimented with innovative techniques and approaches, like smoke infusions, and house made syrups, to create these new concoctions.

The end result? A slew of delicious cocktails, all classics with a twist!

Sidecar – Balcony bar say that this cocktail is inspired from the motorcycle sidecar that was used in the world war. A perfect combination of Remy V.S.O.P. cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice.

Mr. Hendricks Basil Smash – If you want a fresh real fresh kick then this one will definitely do it. At the Balcony the cocktail pays Mr Hendricks. A perfect blend of Hendrick gin, agave nector, lemon juice and egg white. Creators are convinced that if there’s anything that’s guaranteed to get you smiling after just one sip, this is it.

Old Market – Its presentation will remind you of the good old market days. A well perfect mixology of Havana rum, litche juice, pomegranate puree, homemade rosemary bitters, lemon juice and egg white.

Rosa Bloody Mary – A unique Villa Rosa homemade Bloody Mary consisting of fresh blended tomato juice, Ketel One vodka, chili salsa, black paper, Worcestershire sauce layered with wasabi celery espuna.
