Friends, family mourn Vero, the woman in Nakuru chopper crash – PHOTOS

Friends and family of Veronica Muthoni Kamau, the woman who perished in the Lake Nakuru helicopter crash, have paid glowing tribute to her.

Ms Muthoni is said to have been a student at the Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology.

On Facebook, her friends and family poured their hearts out.

Muthoni Githinji wrote: “MY cousin ..my best friend ..I can’t even write much am in tears am n pain. Why did you have to go thru a plane crash (sic). I can’t believe you are gone just wanna say RIP sweetheart i know u r n a good place rip veronicah Muthoni.”

Veroh Wanjiru added: “R. Í. P. VERO sorry for the family of veronicah muthoni Who died in Plane clash in lake Nakuru May God rest her soul in peace Till we meet again in eternal life.”

Luth Jexh went on: “Waaa..may GOD gland (sic) peace at this moments.,” while Shalton Eloo said, “Wacha apumzike iyo ndo njia yetu.”

At the time of her death, she was an intern at a Nakuru car bazaar.

Mwangi Mathenge wrote: “R.I.P vero we love u bt God love u more rip vero,” while George Car-Mau said, “So SAD! I taught her in senti. I remember every encounter.”

George Haggi added: “My condolences to you and your family may God rest his soul in internal peace.”
