Sassy Kenyan entertainer Avril Nyambura has twice been spotted at prenatal clinic fuelling rumours that she could be expectant.
Avril, as she is simply known on stage, has been spotted twice at the ‘Mother and Child’ clinic at the Aga Khan hospital.
The singer has previously rebutted reports that she was pregnant.
Avril pranked her followers back in December 2016 with fake pregnancy pictures.
She had just dumped her fiance Leslie Mugadza of South Africa.
The singer has not been in a public relationship since the break up.
